At LooksMaxAIQ, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement claims.

1. Copyright Infringement Notices

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on LooksMaxAIQ in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written notice that includes the following details:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• Identification of the material on LooksMaxAIQ that you claim is infringing, including its location (URL if applicable).

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Removal of Infringing Material

Once a valid DMCA notice is received, we will:

• Investigate the claim promptly.
• Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user who uploaded the material (if applicable).

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your removed content is not infringing, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and its original location on LooksMaxAIQ.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA complaint.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

LooksMaxAIQ reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

5. Good Faith Limitation

While we take DMCA requests seriously, LooksMaxAIQ is not responsible for any content uploaded by users. Our role is to act promptly upon receiving valid claims in compliance with the DMCA.
